Sunrise Hill Botanicals supplies both retail and wholesale customers with the highest quality herbs, essential oils, and other herbal products
Currently we are not set up to handle international orders, however, we do accept them and will send a Pay Pal invoice for such orders which includes shipping via USPS Express Mail.
Orders for one pound or more of any herb is a special order. We order your item for you in those quantities. Therefore, there is a 2-3 week lead time for these orders.

Order Processing
Your order will be processed in the order it was received and should leave our facilities within two weeks. Many items will ship much more quickly. Instock product will usually ship within 1-2 business days. (Monday through Friday)
Back Orders will be shipped as soon as the items are available-you will be notified if an item is out of stock on your invoice if you ordered other items. If you wish to cancel a back ordered item you may do so by contacting us via email or telephone: 860-496-9188.
Refunds for canceled back orders are made via business check or, at times, by Pay Pal refund..
Sunrise Hill Botanicals tries to use recycled materials for packing whenever possible.
Foreign Orders
Sunrise Hill Botanicals does not ship outside the USA regularly at this time. We will consider shipping to foreign countries if you are willing to pay additional shipping and handling for USPS EXPRESS MAIL costs in US funds. Please contact us for further information before placing your order.
Please also realize that if we do accept your order and ship it that we do not write "gift" or "sample" on customs forms for merchandise nor do we value items at less than what they actually cost.
Please contact us for further information before placing your order, with a list of items you wish to purchase, and we will give you a total within 3 days and send an invoice to your e-mail address.
Lost/Damaged Items
Should your item arrived damaged please contact us immediately by telephone or e-mail. All such claims need to be made within 36 hours of receiving the package. We will send you any receipts necessary to collect your refund from the Postal Service or ship a new item if the item was not delivered/lost.
Mis-addressed Packages
Should your item be mis-addressed and returned to us we will contact you via e-mail or telephone and let you know the package has been returned. In many cases we can ship the item again to the correct address at no extra charge, but if the Post Office requires the postage to be paid again it is your responsibility to pay those extra charges unless the addressing error was ours. In this case there will be no additional charges. If we e-mail you that your package was returned, you have 30 days to supply us with the correct shipping information. If we don't hear back after 30 days your item will be returned to stock and there will be no refund.
Print Catalog and Mail Order
We do not offer a mail order or print catalog at this time. We do not anticipate doing so in the future.
Payment Terms
When using our shopping cart we accept American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card and personal bank transfers through Pay Pal. We also accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks through the mail.
All prices are quoted in US dollars only-We do not accept foreign currency in any form nor do we accept stamps or barter as payment.
Refunds
Refunds are made via business check or Pay Pal for canceled back orders and to those persons who return merchandise in it's original condition within 10 days of purchase after securing permission from us by calling 1-860-496-9188 within 3 days of receipt.
There is a 35% restocking fee for returning an item for a refund unless the item was received damaged. Broken items need to be reported within the same 3 day time period in order to process the claim and start the refund process.Very often if we have a photograph of the broken item we can replace it without it being returned.
